Acceptance of terms

By signing up for a membership at The Range, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the membership terms and conditions outlined below, as well as The Range house rules.

These membership terms govern the use of the facilities, equipment, and services.

Membership term

Memberships are available with a minimum term of three (3) months or as an annual option of one (1) year. For annual memberships, the term begins on the date of purchase and continues for 12 consecutive months.

Not transferable

As your membership of The Range is a personal right, your membership is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Membership fees & billing

• Membership fees are billed weekly or annually depending on the membership plan selected.

• Billing occurs automatically via the payment method on file. Members are responsible for maintaining up-to-date billing information.

• The Range reserves the right to modify or increase the membership fees at any time; however, any such increase will not take effect until the expiry of your current membership term.

• Fees are non-refundable, and partial refunds are not provided for unused membership periods.
  

Renewals & cancellations

• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.

• For cancellations, members must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  

Membership access

• Members enjoy 24/7 access to The Range. Access may be restricted for maintenance, private events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Access to after hour are non-transferable to non-members.
  

Booking & usage of facilities

• Members can book simulator sessions in advance through our online booking system. Cancellations must be made in accordance with The Range’s cancellation policy.

• Unused sessions do not carry over to the next week. Members are encouraged to use their allocated sessions within each week.

Code of conduct

All members are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow members. Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.

Equipment usage

Members are expected to use all equipment, including simulators, training aids, and golf balls, responsibly. Damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges or membership termination.

Personal property

Members are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises. The Range is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

Security & surveillance

For the safety of members, the facility is monitored by video surveillance. Security cameras are in operation 24/7 in key areas.

Disclaimer of liability

The Range is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by members or their guests during use of the facility. Members acknowledge that using the facility, whether during staffed or unstaffed hours, involves inherent risks, and that they and their guests do so at their own risk. The Range, along with its staff, agents, and representatives, is released from any and all claims arising from injury, loss, or damage to members, their guests, or their property.

Changes to terms

The Range reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination of membership

Membership may be terminated for reasons including:

• Non-payment of membership fees.

• Sharing after hour access with unauthorised individuals.

• Violating facility rules or terms of conduct.

• Causing damage to the facility or equipment.

• Acts of serious misconduct.

In cases of termination, members are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid membership fees.
