At The Range, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
Is unused and in its original condition.
Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Is accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are made back to the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a problem with your item, including faulty items, damaged items, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we’ll sort you out!
Please contact us before returning your item.
We’ll talk you through your options, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items is covered by us.
How to Return an Item
Email us at info@therangegolf.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
Gift cards
Custom or personalised items
Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping.
If returning for change of mind, return shipping is at your expense.
