To celebrate the launch of Heli Golf from Christchurch, GCH Aviation, The Range, and Fable Terrace Downs Resort have partnered to offer an exclusive prize for golfers. Play the iconic Pebble Beach course on our world-class Trackman simulators and go in the draw to win our first-ever Heli Golf experience.
The Major Prize
The winner will enjoy a Heli Golf experience for you and two friends. The prize includes:
Return helicopter flights from Christchurch to Terrace Downs with Garden City Helicopters
A round of golf at Terrace Downs for the winner and two friends.

How to Enter
Book and play at The Range
Play the Pebble Beach course on the simulator
Competition dates run from 17 December 2025 to 30 January 2026
Enter as many times as you like. Each entry gives an additional chance to win the helicopter prize draw
Your best score will be entered onto the tournament leaderboard to determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes.
Entry fee: Free with simulator hire.
Terms and Conditions
This competition is open to:
Any amateur golfer aged 18 years or over
PGA Professionals are not permitted to enter
Format:
Course: Pebble Beach
Round: 18 holes
Scoring Formats:
Stableford
Gross
Handicap:
To enter the tournament, you can use either a TrackMan handicap or your New Zealand Golf handicap.
Time Rule:
Each player has a one hour time slot to complete 18 holes. Any holes not completed within the one hour time limit will automatically be scored as double bogeys.
Attempts:
One scored attempt per entry. Multiple entries are permitted. The best score will count toward the tournament prizes.
Ties:
If scores are tied, results will be determined by countback method.
Marketing and Promotional Use
By entering the competition, participants agree to the following:
Their name may be published on the tournament leaderboard on the website.
They may receive promotional information from GCH Aviation about the new Heli Golf experience.
Images or video footage of participants may be taken and used in marketing and promotions for The Range, Fable Terrace Downs Resort, and GCH Aviation.
Code of Conduct
This is a friendly and social event. All players are expected to act with honesty, integrity, and respect.
Any cheating, manipulation, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.
