HOW TO JOIN
THE LEAGUE
01 GATHER YOUR TEAM
The Winter League is a 2-Person Ambrose competition, so you'll need a teammate to join the challenge.
Starts: 20 July 2026
Each player must have a valid Trackman Handicap to ensure fair competition throughout the league.
New to Trackman? We've got you covered. If you don't have a handicap yet, simply get in touch and we'll provide a complimentary qualifying round so you can establish one before the league starts.
02 LEAGUE INFORMATION
The Winter League runs over 8 weeks, with teams completing 4 rounds during the competition.
Unlike traditional golf leagues, there are no league nights and no fixed tee times. Each round is open for a two-week window, giving your team the flexibility to play when it suits your schedule.
All rounds are played using Trackman Virtual Golf in a 2-Person Ambrose format, with scores submitted to the league leaderboard after each round.

LEAGUE DETAILS

Entry fee is $200 per team.
Payment must be received before the opening round of the league.
Teams will not be included in the competition until payment has been received.

Open to amateur golfers aged 18 years and over.
Teams consist of two players.
All players must have a valid Trackman Handicap before their first round.
Players without a Trackman Handicap can establish one before the league begins.
PGA Professionals are not eligible to enter.

The Winter League is played over 8 weeks.
Teams will play 4 rounds of 18 holes.
Courses will be announced prior to each round.
Scoring format is Stableford.
One scored attempt is permitted per team for each round.
Multiple entries or replaying rounds for a better score is not permitted.
Tied positions will be decided using countback.

Teams have 60 minutes to complete each round.
Any holes not completed within the allocated time will be recorded as double bogeys.
All rounds must be played using the official league settings provided by The Range.
Mulligans, practice shots, and manual score adjustments are not permitted.
The handicap used will be the player's current Trackman Handicap on the day of play.
If a technical issue occurs during play, The Range will determine whether a round can be resumed or replayed.

Teams are responsible for completing each round within the allocated two-week window.
Missed rounds will receive no score and no points.
Extensions will only be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of The Range.

The Range Winter League is designed to be competitive, social, and enjoyable for all participants.
Players are expected to act with honesty, integrity, and respect at all times.
Any cheating, score manipulation, deliberate breach of the rules, or unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in immediate disqualification.
The Range reserves the right to amend competition rules if required.
All decisions made by The Range regarding competition administration, scoring, and disputes are final.
